I am very interested in the efforts of Slow Food Buffalo Niagara. I teach a course in Cultural Tourism. This semester my colleague and I will lead students in a study abroad experience to Italy. One of the focus topics of the tour is to learn more about the Slow Food Movement. I would like to discuss what experiences we could capture locally before we travel to the Alba Region later this month.
